Monty joined Bowmark in 2024 as an investment director and leads the financial services practice. He is a member of the software and tech-enabled services teams, and is involved with Bowmark’s investments in WSD and CubeLogic.

Prior to Bowmark, Monty was a director at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, the mid-market private equity firm, where he invested in European businesses valued up to £500m. During his time at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Monty was involved with a number of investments in the business services and software sectors. Monty previously worked in investment banking at Barclays Capital. He has a BSc in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
