Maria joined Bowmark in 2018 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s compliance function, including providing technical advice, ongoing monitoring and assistance with the implementation of new regulations. She also assists with legal matters for the Firm.

Maria was previously a Consultant at Cordium, the regulatory compliance consulting firm, and prior to that was a Compliance Assistant at Sciens Capital Management. Maria qualified as a lawyer in Greece and has a master’s degree in international corporate governance and financial regulation from Warwick University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
