Carolyn joined Bowmark in 2023 to lead and develop the firm's people strategy, applying human capital and talent best practices to strengthen the company and accelerate its people development.

With 30 years of experience as a chartered business psychologist, and a career as a senior advisor, Carolyn has worked with a broad range of clients and sectors on a variety of projects, including talent identification and management development, and senior-level assessment.

Carolyn has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University and a master's degree in organisational psychology from The University of Manchester. She is also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
