Nexus wins two Best Business Awards

Bowmark-backed Nexus impressed the Best Innovation judges with its industry-leading IRIS system, which can be white-labelled to suit any client’s needs, and by its development of innovative technology and rental software.

In the Best Customer Focus category, the judging panel were persuaded by Nexus’s 99 per cent customer satisfaction rate – three times better than the industry average.

The Best Business Awards panel said: “Nexus is driving forward change at top speed in the vehicle hire market.” David Brennan, Nexus Chief Executive, added: “To come away with two awards is testament to the hard work the Nexus team puts in day in and day out to develop our market-leading rental software, while maintaining outstanding customer service levels.”
