The Bowmark team was joined by 18 teams from their portfolio companies and advisory relationships. Whilst the competition was fierce, the Deloitte Dodgers came out on top and were crowned champions. Students from PiP’s social enterprise, Fruitful, kept players refreshed on the day with a selection of juices and smoothies.
Jack Taylor, Head of Fundraising and Communications at PiP, said: “An enormous PiP thank you to everyone at Bowmark and their partners for their generosity. The £8,000 raised for our work will pay for months of additional 1:1 employment support for adults with learning disabilities. With a waiting list of over 50 students, we always need to do more to help, and this funding enables this.”
Stephen Delaney, Chair of Bowmark’s Charity Committee, commented: "Our partnership with PiP is truly special, and the money raised will make a genuine difference to PiP’s students. We extend a huge thank you to all the teams who joined us and generously donated to make this day so memorable.”
