Bowmark Capital strengthens investment team

David, who joined Bowmark firm in 2006, has played a key role in the development of the firm’s healthcare and consumer and leisure practices. New to the Bowmark team are Simon Kaufman, who joins as an investment manager from KPMG, bringing eight years of private equity transaction experience; Alex Paternotte, a former independent strategy and management consultant in a number of private equity-backed companies, who has been appointed a portfolio manager in the value creation team; and Nick Hewett, recruited from Nomura where he was an associate in the M&A team, who joins as an investment executive.
