Bowmark Capital completes follow-on investment in The Regard Partnership

Founded in 1994, Regard specialises in the provision of care to clients with complex needs and challenging behaviour. Funds managed by Bowmark invested an initial £6 million in the business in July 2004. The investment of a further £1.5 million by Bowmark has enabled Regard to conclude the acquisition of Adapt, a Manchester-based PLD provider. The acquisition of Adapt, which operates 20 homes with 112 registered beds, enhances Regard’s presence in the North West and brings the total number of homes managed by Regard to 98 with over 650 registered beds.
