The move consolidates LOD’s position as a leading provider of alternative legal services in Australia, and is in line with its strategy to continue to grow its already significant international presence. It is also indicative of Bowmark’s desire to support its portfolio companies’ international ambitions.
lexvoco has ten offices and more than 100 employees, supporting some of the region’s leading organisations through the delivery of legal operations and technology solutions, secondments, law firm advice, and risk and compliance consulting.
“Enhancing our capabilities in the legal operations and tech space has been a strategic priority for LOD for some time,” comments the company’s COO Ken Jagger. “The similarities in our approach and emphasis on quality make lexvoco a great fit and will create further value.”
