With this investment, Focus Group will accelerate its regional expansion and build on its existing channel business. This will generate significant new business growth opportunities, enhance Focus Group’s product and service offering, and create a scalable channel business operating alongside the Focus Group’s existing direct business.
Ralph Gilbert, co-founder and director of Focus Group said: “Our investment in Zest4 is a defining moment for both businesses. We internally rate all of our suppliers at Focus Group and Zest4 consistently tops the table, so we knew this move made sense. One of the most compelling things about this investment is the ability to get some great products and services into the channel, so we’re able to lead and shape how the communications industry evolves over the next few years. We are absolutely committed to the channel and feel this is a clear signal of our continued investment into it going forward.”
Tom Keen, investment director at Bowmark, commented: “We are excited about this next chapter in Focus Group’s development. The strategic investment in Zest4 will generate significant growth opportunities for both companies, scaling the businesses and accelerating its channel offering whilst continuing to deliver best-in-class customer service."
