Bowmark-backed Focus Group continues its expansion with three more acquisitions

In December 2023, Focus Group acquired RPM Communications, a specialist provider of cloud-based telephony solutions to the healthcare sector. The transaction reinforces Focus Group’s commitment to supporting the mission-critical communication requirements of the NHS, building on the strong track record of the group’s specialist healthcare division.

In October 2023, the company acquired Boxx Communications, a communications and connectivity specialist, with operations across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, further expanding Focus Group’s network across the UK.

These investments followed the acquisition in August 2023 of &Partners, a distinguished cloud, cybersecurity and Microsoft solutions partner, which further enhances the group’s cloud and cybersecurity expertise.
