Bowmark-backed Focus Group acquires EVAD

EVAD, formally owned by Ethos Group, will continue to operate under its well-established brand name with CEO, Matt Hill and Sales Director, Richard Osborn continuing to lead the Derby-based team. The company is a nationwide provider of communications solutions to businesses of all shapes and sizes, with specialised expertise in contact centres, PCI-compliant platforms, professional services organisations and healthcare, thanks to its award-winning ‘Think Healthcare’ telecoms technology and world-class service delivery team. The investment from Focus will provide a springboard to accelerate growth.
