Bowmark-backed ASK4 acquires Sheffield-based IT services business

Established in 2006, BHL provides a range of IT services, with a particular focus on call centre operators and multi-site healthcare providers. The company has grown year-on-year since its inception and now employs 29 staff.

ASK4 will merge BHL with its ASK4 Business and ASK4 Datacentres subsidiaries to create ASK4 Integrated Services, which will provide end-to-end managed IT services to existing commercial customers and to ASK4’s large base of customers in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation sector. The newly-combined subsidiary will be run by BHL’s Neill Birchenall and Philip Howden, with support from the ASK4 Group.
