Carolyn brings almost 30 years of experience as a chartered business psychologist to the role. Throughout her career as a senior adviser, Carolyn has worked with a broad range of clients on a variety of projects, including talent identification and development, leadership and management development, and senior-level assessment.
Carolyn has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University and a master's degree in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester.
